WEATHER
in PUERTO GALERA
 We
have excellent weather most of the year with a minimal risk of
typhoons during the summer months.
In fact Puerto Galera can almost boast it's own 'weather
system'; surrounded by mountains much of the bad weather
associated with typhoons or the rainy seasons in other parts of
the country is deflected away from the area.
The
hottest time of year is late April to August when temperatures
can reach 35C, the 'coolest' time being December to February
when the temperature can drop to around 22C.
"High season" is traditionally late December to
early May, although the area is busy at weekends throughout the
year and during any Asian Holiday.
